This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Nana Banana ("the Service"), an AI-powered creative platform for generating images, videos, music, and voice. It supplements and forms part of our Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this AUP.
We use automated content moderation (including prompt screening) together with human review to enforce this policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of credits, and reporting to law enforcement where required by law.
You may not use the Service to create, generate, upload, distribute, or facilitate any of the following:
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive (NSFW) content of any kind — including AI-generated images, video, audio, or text
- Any content that sexualizes minors; we report suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the relevant authorities
- Non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery of real persons
- Face-swapping, deepfakes, or face manipulation of real individuals
- Cloning, imitating, or synthesizing the voice or likeness of any real person without their explicit, documented consent — you may only clone a voice that is your own or one you are clearly authorized to use
- Impersonating any person, brand, or organization, or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation
- Generating content depicting public figures, celebrities, or private individuals in a manner intended to deceive, defame, or harm
- Content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or any jurisdiction you target
- Content that promotes, incites, or facilitates violence, terrorism, self-harm, or harm to others
- Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or content that demeans individuals or protected groups
- Fraud, scams, phishing, falsified documents, or deceptive and misleading content
- Content that infringes the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, publicity, or privacy rights of any third party
- Unauthorized reproduction of copyrighted characters, logos, or branded materials
- Circumventing content moderation, usage limits, or the credit system
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to extract the underlying AI models
- Reselling or sharing account access, or using automated systems to abuse the infrastructure
- You are solely responsible for the content you generate and how you use it.
- You must hold all necessary rights and consents for any material you provide as input — including reference images and voice samples used for voice cloning.
- You must comply with all applicable laws, including those governing AI-generated content, non-consensual imagery, and impersonation.
At our discretion and without prior notice, we may:
- Screen prompts and review generated content using automated and manual moderation
- Refuse to generate, or remove, content that violates this AUP
- Suspend or terminate accounts and forfeit associated credits
- Report illegal content and activity to law enforcement and affected parties

We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or industry standards. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
